The story of Joseph in Genesis parallels Jesus in many ways, including their struggles with temptation. Joseph faced temptation from Potiphar’s wife but remained faithful to God and Potiphar. Similarly, Jesus faced temptations from Satan in the wilderness and resisted using God’s teachings. Both teach us how to combat temptation.
