Steel Tipped Bible || Hebrews 4:12 || Mid-Week Midrash #18

Scripture – Hebrews 4:12

God’s word is alive and working. It is sharper than a sword sharpened on both sides. It cuts all the way into us, where the soul and the spirit are joined. It cuts to the center of our joints and bones. And God’s word judges the thoughts and feelings in our hearts.

Midrash

The Bible is alive and active in our world today, whether you realize it or not. We can look at almost any story from the Bible and see how it applies to our real life. The words from the Bible hit us to the deepest part of ourselves. We see the Bible call us out often and cause us to think about our actions. May you reflect on the Bible this week and see how alive it becomes to you.
