15 Be happy with those who are happy. Be sad with those who are sad.
I like this message. It’s simple. We need to be happy with those who are happy and sad with those who are sad. As one who tries to make everyone happy, I am glad to see that the Bible doesn’t say to do this. It says to experience what others experience. Walk-in their shoes if you must. We hear lessons and sermons about how we can take care of one another by ministering to their needs in whatever way necessary. This ministry work usually involves phone calls, meals, and more things like that. Not often do you hear someone say to help someone by experiencing what they are feeling? That’s the best thing we can offer someone.
